Property Detail
Clock Towers is a unique mill conversion that houses 172 apartments in a quaint neighborhood of Hoboken. Once a manufacturing complex, it was converted to housing in 1975 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. Its signature feature is a clock tower that lights up at night, visible for blocks.
LIHC Investment Group was included in a group of potential buyers invited to make an offer on this property. We were the highest bidder and worked with the City of Hoboken and the State of New Jersey to preserve housing affordability for the current low- and moderate-income tenants living there.
