Paulus Hook is a 308-unit mixed income project in the heart of Jersey City. The property was owned by two local non-profits since the early 1970’s. Their goals were to sell the property to a buyer who would maintain and preserve the property for the community while also maximizing sales proceeds so that they could use the funds to further their mission.

LP Solutions Fund provided the highest and best offer by joint venturing with an area developer to build additional units on the site that also included new affordable apartments.
