Located in the Kips Bay neighborhood of Manhattan, Renwick Gardens is a 223-unit affordable housing property. To meet the seller’s objectives, TCEF and its affiliate maximized sales proceeds — and purchased the interests of the other co-general partner, closing the transactions in 60 days with full partnership, regulatory, and lender approval.
