Built in 1975, Yorkville Towers consists of two buildings stretching from the 90th to 92nd street on the upper east side of Manhattan. The buildings were converted to condominiums in 2003, but rents were preserved below market level for the 1,258 affordable residential, rent-assisted units within the Mitchell-Lama program.
