Located in Richmond, Virginia, Forrest Creek is a 94-unit tax credit property built in 2003 for senior living.

The property’s General Partner wanted to liquidate his investment by either selling his interest or the property and hired a national broker to assist in the transaction. Tax Credit Exit Fund generated the highest sales proceeds for the property by structuring an innovative deal for the Partner. Using our extensive experience and financial strength, we obtained investor approval from Wells Fargo and lender approval from VHDA in record time. The General Partner’s sales proceeds were maximized quickly while he continued to manage the property for us.
