Marble Hall Apartments contains 134 low-income housing units located in the town of Tuckahoe, NY, within southern Westchester County.

The Tax Credit Exit Fund acquired the property in 2021 after a current partner of LIHC had expressed his desire to liquidate his investment. TCEF worked to provide the maximum sales proceeds to the seller while striving to preserve affordability. By working with local, state, and national agencies, we were able to recapitalize the asset, invest in renovations that will benefit both residents and staff, and secure affordability through 2060, all while maximizing value to all stakeholders.
